Refund policy
30-Day Policy:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right and issue a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- Unused, unopened products (except Greeting Cards & Gift Wrap) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, with the original and return shipping costs deducted. Used, opened, and/or final sale items are not eligible for a return.
- Greeting Cards & Gift Wrap are eligible for return unused and unopened within 30 days of receipt with a 30% restocking fee minus the original shipping cost.

- When your return is accepted, we will email you a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, we will immediately process your refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
International Orders:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for International orders.
