30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right and issue a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus the shipping cost. Used, opened, and/or final sale items are not eligible for a return.
  • Clothing (T-Shirts, Dresses, Skirts), Gift Wrap, Mugs, and Phone Cases are eligible for return unused and unopened within 30 days of receipt with a 30% restocking fee minus the original shipping cost.

 

How to Make a Return

1) Start your returns by emailing help@spookycatpress.com

2) When your return is accepted, we will email you a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3) Pack up the items(s) you are returning, secure the prepaid label your shipping package, and drop off at the carrier.

4) Once we receive the returned items(s), we will credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost and any restocking fees (30% restocking fee for Greeting Cards, Gift wrap, T-Shirts, Mugs, and Phone Cases).

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • Once approved, we will immediately process your refund on your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacements & Exchanges

  • We will happily send out a replacement of the exact item you purchased if something was damaged in shipment or not up to our brand's standards.
  • Email us a photo of the item and we will take it from there!
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Clothing and Phone Case Exchanges

  • We are currently not offering exchanges for clothing and phone cases as they are made-per-order. If you need to return your clothing or phone case, we will start a return. Please see above Return Policies.
  • Clothing that is worn, washed, or altered is not eligible for an exchange.

2) We will email you a return label.

3) Pack up the items(s) you are returning, secure the prepaid label your shipping package, and drop off at the carrier.

4) Once we receive the returned items(s), we will send you a replacement and complete the exchange.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for International orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.
